One of the interesting alternatives to the cheap Lumia smartphones is a device called Yezz Billy 4.7. Launched a few months ago through popular online retailers, the dual-SIM smartphone is now available for orders directly through the Microsoft’s online store.

The budget oriented Windows Phone has a 4.7-inch HD display (1280 x 720 pixels) and is powered by the quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor ticking over at 1.2 Ghz. In addition, the Billy features 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB internal storage expandable via MicroSD card. Finally, there are two cameras on board – an 8MP main shooter and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera.

Yezz Billy 4.7 is being sold for $199 without a contract and you get a nice bonus in the retail box –  three bonus shells (in white, blue and red) so you can easily swap them and change the main color of your smartphone.
