Microsoft will release a new mobile build to Insiders next week [Updated]
Insider Preview 10536 fixes loading app issues and improves performance
Microsoft is launching a new mobile build of Windows 10 for all Insiders who are on the Fast ring circle. Version 10536 for Mobile has been approved by internal Fast and Slow ring testers, and the company is now preparing the public release through the Windows Insider program, scheduled for tomorrow (Friday, September 11).
[Update] Today, Friday Sept.11, Microsoft cancelled the update due to a bug that makes new builds upgrade impossible. The company promises a new build to arrive early next week! Sorry guys, stay tuned!
I have some bad news folks. We discovered an issue late last night that would have caused builds *after* 10536 to not install over it.

Windows 10 Mobile build 10536 fixes some of the issues found in the previous build – like app resuming screens, mobile hotspot, delay while unlocking the screen, and further improves stability and performance. Aside these and other improvements, the new build number will again feature some bugs – the company has already informed about possible crashes of the Store under heavy memory pressure.
So, stay tuned and prepare your phone for the upcoming build tomorrow.
You can transfer all information, photos & files to a PC, make a manual back-up of Settings + Apps on your phone, install Windows Insider app, opt in to the Fast Ring, and just wait for Microsoft to push the button. Do not forget to reset your phone after each update to improve its performance.
Okay #WindowsInsiders, I think the answer is clear: We'll start prepping 10536 to go out to Fast. Stay tuned for more info.
