Microsoft released a new Windows Phone tool called Calls+

The new app for Windows Phone, Calls+, lets users manage call waiting and forwarding preferences on their Windows Phones.

Users can enable forwarding when they are busy or unreachable. The app supports two cellular networks and can be used on a dual-SIM Windows Phone.

Calls+ is similar to Network+ for Lumia, but also works on all non-Lumia models. The new tool is free, available from the Windows Phone Store. When installed, Calls+ will appear in the Settings Menu, not in the installed app list.
