Microsoft begins rolling out Lumia Cyan + Windows Phone 8.1 update

The pilot version of the Lumia Cyan software update that brings several improvements and new features to all Lumia devices combined with Windows Phone 8.1 is now rolling out to chosen lucky users. So, you will be able to install the updates only if you live in Finland and your phone is Nokia Lumia 925 … pretty limited availability, isn’t it? However, the sign is pretty good and we expect that the rest of the world will see the update in the coming days.

Lumia Cyan brings several software enhancements and new features all Lumia devices. First of all, you will have increased brightness control. Using a brightness slider you can additionally tweak display settings until reaching the perfect experience.

Nokia Creative Studio has been redesigned and the new version 6.0 has dual-capture support, 10 excellent filters (5 new), auto-fix, non-destructive editing and more. Lumia Cyan also introduces improved Storyteller app with more features and better gallery organization.
