Is this a possible successor to the Lumia 650?

Recent reports indicated that Microsoft could be refreshing its Lumia line in 2017 by launching a new version of the Lumia 950 with better hardware. These unconfirmed reports contradict to the news that Microsoft has completely stopped the Lumia line and there won’t be new Lumia devices after the Lumia 650.

But a new device with the Lumia branding has just appeared on the official Microsoft store in Mexico. Of course it could be a typo, but the specs of the Lumia 651 and the Lumia 650 are different. The unannounced Lumia 651 is listed with a 5.2-inch screen and a 5MP front camera with flash, while the device from 2016 has a 5-inch display and a standard camera without flash.

Microsoft remains tight-lipped about its plans for Windows 10 Mobile and new hardware. The company might be holding a Surface event this spring, but the chances of seeing the Surface Phone so early are very weak.
