Microsoft retail stores in Canada start selling Lumia 640 XL

One of the new Lumia smartphones, the 5.7-inch Lumia 640 XL, is now available for purchase in Canada through Microsoft’s physical stores around the country. The phone is being sold unlocked and has a price of CAD 339 or $272 without a contract.

Microsoft Lumia 640 XL is expected to pop up soon on the Canadian and US online stores in several color options. For now, the device is only offered in Canada in white and we don’t have information on when other options will be available for purchase.

Lumia 640 XL has a 5.7 inch HD display, Snapdragon 400 processor at 1.2 Ghz, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB internal storage, 13 MP PureView rear camera + 5 MP front-facing shooter. The Lumia 640 XL comes with Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 on board.
