For those of you who prefer cheap dual-SIM smartphones, Microsoft has launched the entry-level Nokia Lumia 530. The new Windows Phone has already arrived in some countries like Vietnam, and now the device is available in other important markets – India and Malaysia.

• In Malaysia the phone costs MYR 355 or around $110
• In India the Lumia 530 is priced at Rs.7199 or $117

Nokia Lumia 530 is the most affordable Windows Phone to date, with a 4-inch LCD display, quad-core processor at 1.2 GHz, 512 MB of RAM and 8 GB internal space. It has a basic 5-megapixel camera on the rear, with no front-facing shooter. The phone comes with dual-SIM support (gsm + gsm) which could be a major advantage for customers in emerging markets. Nokia Lumia 530 comes pre-loaded with the latest Windows Phone incarnation, including Cortana, notification center, and more new features.
