Instagram Live Stories available on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile

The Live Stories, a new feature to stream live video using the camera, is now gradually rolling out to the Windows 10 users via an app update. Facebook brings its live video feature to Windows 10 PC and Mobile, so you can go live by swiping right to open the Story camera.

There is a button to switch to Instagram Live at the bottom, and a toggle to start and end broadcasting. You can also see your friends’ live videos at the top of the feed via the Stories bar. Other videos, not from your friends’ list, can also be checked out from the Explore section of the app.

Using the new version of Instagram, you can also send short-lived photos that disappear a few seconds after they are open. The updated Instagram app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile is gradually rolling out to all devices. You can expect an update in the next few days.
