Lenovo Yoga Book has a touch sensitive surface instead of a keyboard
Lenovo announces its new 2-in-1 at IFA 2016
Lenovo has unveiled at IFA 2016 the Yoga Book – a unique 2-in-1 for the expanding market of Windows convertibles. The device has a touch screen and an innovative touch sensitive surface instead of a traditional keyboard, so you could draw on it or use a virtual keyboard when needed. In addition, the tablet comes with built-in software for typing prediction and artificial learning.
The company has also designed a pen accessory without batteries for the Yoga Book that has a 100-angle detection and 2048 pressure levels.
Lenovo Yoga Book is the lightest and thinnest 2-in-1 in the world with a thickness of just 9.6 mm when closed and a weight of 1.52 pounds. It features a 10.1 inch FullHD screen, Intel Atom x5 processor, 64 GB of storage, 4GB of RAM and a 8500mAh battery that lasts up to 15 hours.
Lenovo will start selling the Yoga Book in some countries in September, but the US customers will be able to buy it online from late October for $549.
