Upload up to 10 photos in a single post and send disappearing messages
Facebook has just rolled out a significant update to its Instagram app on Windows 10 app for PC and Mobile with two new features. Instagram version 10.849.31554.0 for PC and 10.849.31563.0 for Mobile introduces the ability to send disappearing photos and videos as direct messages.
To send a disappearing message, tap the direct message button and click on the camera icon at the bottom. Snap a photo or record a video, add stickers or drawings, before sending the message to a friend. It will disappear as soon as it’s viewed from your friend.
The second new feature for Instagram is the ability to upload up to 10 photos or videos in a single post. Click on ‘Select multiple’ in the gallery and then select up to 10 photos in the order you want to be viewed. Your friends can swipe to view the gallery in the feed.
Overall, this is another big update for Instagram, which brings the Windows app in parity with its Android and iOS counterparts.
