Microsoft Display Dock can be updated via the Gadgets app

Microsoft released an app called ‘Gadgets‘ that allows you to connect and manage different accessories for your phone. You can also check for firmware updates for the Microsoft Continuum Dock and update the gadget through the app. Here are the steps:

1. Connect the phone to the Display Dock.
2. Open ‘Gadgets’, navigate to the Dock and press ‘Check for updates’ → ‘Update now’
3. The phone will download and install the update on the Display Dock. Follow the instructions and unplug the cable to complete the update.
4. Done! Your Display Dock for Continuum has been updated.
