First Redstone 5 Insider builds coming this month
Microsoft already working on the Fall 2018 update
The 1803 Update (Redstone 4) for Windows 10 is almost finalized, as Microsoft only has to analyze the feedback from the Bug Bash and fix the remaining bugs before the public roll out this Spring. But the first preview versions of Redstone 5, the next major update scheduled for Fall 2018, may be available for Insiders sooner than expected – as early as next week.

According to the Windows build aggregator, BuildFeed, the first Redstone 5 build has been compiled on February 5. Windows 10 build 17600 is the first from the RS5 development branch that should introduce more under the hood changes to the OneCore and new Windows 10 features. As with the Redstone 4, Windows 10 Mobile won’t be updated to the new version, so all new features are only for Windows 10 PC.
