New Firmware update for Lumia 950s improves performance

The firmware update for the Lumia 950 range spotted in March in Europe has been released to all devices over the air (OTA).

Firmware 01078.00038.16082 has been available in Europe through the Windows Device recovery tool since late March. The new firmware comes without a changelog, but we assume it brings the usual performance improvements and bug fixes.

Meanwhile, Microsoft is preparing a new cumulative update of the official Windows 10 Mobile that could be released this week. The last internal version is 10586.218 – this build complied on March 28 reportedly brings many small fixes and improvements to the OS.
