Eve T1 tablet from Finland starts selling for €159
Solid specs and low price
The Finish start-up Eve Tech is launching its first product, the 8-inch Windows 8.1 tablet dubbed Eve T1, which is now available for orders through company’s official website. This is an aggressively priced tablet considering its specs. Eve T1 comes with an 8-inch HD screen and a 64-bit quad-core processor Intel Bay Trail running at 1.8 GHz with 2 GB of RAM.
The T1 features two cameras – a 5MP shooter on the back and a 2-megapixel front -facing camera. Other specs include 32GB of memory and a 4000 mAh battery good enough for up to 11 hours. Eve’ first tablet is a single unibody device with matte finish, metal buttons and a nice capacitive Windows button below the display. The tablet measures in at 130mm x 216mm x 9mm and weighs 395 grams.
To make the product even more appealing, Eve and Microsoft are offering a free Office license for one year with 1TB free storage on the Cloud. Eve T1 can be ordered for 159 EUR + delivery. The Finish company plans to start selling the tablet through Amazon later in 2015.
