eSense Q47 is a new ultra-cheap Windows Phone with decent specs
One of the Chinese OEMs today demonstrated a new Windows Phone called eSense Q47. It is a nice looking, very thin (7.2 mm) and light smartphone (100 gr) with mid-range specs and ridiculously cheap price – $110.
eSense Q47 is fronted by a 4.7-inch IPS screen with a 1280 x 720 resolution and has a removable 1750 mAh battery. Other specs include a quad-core Snapdragon processor running at 1.2 GHz with 1 GB RAM, 4GB internal storage, microSD slot, DUAL-SIM, and HDMI. Q47 is a 3G ready smartphone equipped with two cameras – an 8 MP camera on the back and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
eSense Q47 and other cheap new models such as Xolo Q900s and Nokia Lumia 530 could boost Windows Phone popularity in the immense emerging markets where Microsoft has failed to offer low-cost devices with decent specs.
