Pin It Button extension spotted for Windows 10 Mobile

Microsoft introduced the first extensions for the Edge browser on Desktop which are now available for testing for members of the Insider program. One of these add-ons for Edge is called ‘Pin It Button’ – it allows you to save creative ideas from the Net with the official Pinterest button for Edge.

Now a Reddit user running an unreleased Redstone build has spotted the same extension available for Windows 10 Mobile.

However, the user was not able to install the Button – the attempt caused an error. Nevertheless, extension support for the mobile Edge might be just around the corner. Even in build 14332 if you type in the address bar about: flags you can see in the developer settings the option to ‘enable extension features’.

That means Microsoft may be planning to add extension support for the mobile Edge with the Redstone update.
