Popular travel tool Uber is finally available for Windows Phone after being pulled from the Store in April 2013 due to a large number of complaints. With Uber you can easily find a car a taxi, private car or shared transport in major cities around the world directly from your Windows Phone. Now completely revamped Uber app is available for free download offering:

• On-demand service for requesting a car with no waiting time and need for reservation
• Search function, so users can compare rates and vehicles
• Credit card support – just add your card number and you don’t need cash anymore
• The app shows you a map so you can set your exact pick-up location
• Keep in touch with your personal driver, check progress and arriving time
• Uber will send you a receipt once you have arrived at the final destination

• You can split the fare with friends
