The 5-inch inch BLU WinHD is now available in Canada

Just a few weeks after launching in the US through Amazon and MS Store, the BLU WinHD Windows Phone has arrived in Canada. From today, Microsoft Store is offering the handset for $179 Canadian dollars without a contract.

BLU WinHD is one of the best looking low-specs devices we’ve ever seen. It has a plastic chassis available in several shinny colors, and a design that reminds of the best HTC models. The WinHD features a 5-inch screen with a 720p resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon at 1.2 GHz with 1 GB of RAM, 8GB inbuilt storage, 8MP + 2MP camera, and a 2200 mAh good enough for up to 18 hours.

BLU WinHD is now available at the nearest Microsoft store, while the online sales are expected to begin in the coming days. This great low -priced smartphone looks like a good competitor to Lumia 530, 635 and even to the upcoming Lumia 735, so Canadian users have a lot of choices. The more premium Lumia 830 will also be up for orders next week through carriers, Microsoft stores, and online.
