The US carrier AT&T has launched its AT&T Locker for Windows Phone. The AT&T Locker is a cloud service available for all US customers of the mobile operator. It provides 5GB of free storage where users can hold their files, music, photos and documents. The cloud service is accessible over the AT&T network or using a WiFi connection.

The AT&T Locker has an Easy Upload feature for an automatic back-up or social networking directly from the cloud. If you want to use the service you need to sign up on the AT&T’s webpage. You need to provide your e-mail and AT&T ID and then chose a password. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you can go to the Windows Phone store to download the app on your device.

The AT&T Locker has a simple and plain design and you can easily navigate through the pages dedicated to the different file types. You have separate pages for music, pictures and other files. AT&T offers you 5GB for free and you can buy additional space. After the upgrade you will have for a limited time 50GB storage for free.

AT&T Locker is available for all AT&T Windows Phone handsets. The cloud service was recently spotted on the home screen of the future Nokia Lumia 1020/EOS camera-phone.
