Bush Windows phone from Argos for £70 /90 EUR

UK & Irish retailer Argos has launched two cheap Windows based devices. Bush Windows is a low-cost smartphone based on Snapdragon 200 processor at 1.2 GHz with a screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It’s a pretty basic device for first time smartphone users who are on a budget. The price is £70 in the UK and 90 EUR in Ireland.

Bush Windows is offered SIM free and comes with 512 MB of RAM, and 4 GB of storage, expandable up to 64GB. The phone measures in at 126 x 64 x 10.5mm and weighs 126 grams. It supports only 3G networks.

Argos also launches a tablet called Bush MyTablet 8 for £130. It features an 8-inch ISP screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The processor is INTEL BayTrail – a quad-core running at 1.8 GHz with 1 GB of RAM. Argos’ first tablet includes 16GB storage and runs Windows 8.1 with BING.
