HERE Drive+ and Transit are now free for WP8.0 users

A couple of popular apps got updated in the Windows Phone store. HERE navigation package is now 100% free for all users who are on the older Windows phone version – 8.0. In addition, all HERE accounts can now be transferred from Nokia to HERE‘s servers without losing important information. You can still log-in using the old account, but in the near future a HERE account will become mandatory if you want to sync information across devices. HERE Drive+ is now available to more countries like Cyprus, Cote D’voar, Iraq and Paraguay, where people can use full voice navigation, while in other places HERE Drive+ will work with limited capabilities as there are some roads still not covered by HERE Maps.

Foursquare has updated its Swarm app for Windows Phone, adding many new features including Emoji keyboard that supports check-in, shouts, and comments. Stickers and categories can be viewed directly from the main screen. In addition, Swarm version 1.3 loads stickers faster and improves overall performance. Users can also cancel pending requests by clicking under the notification tab.

Sleeve Music is a nice app that lets you follow artists, discover new music and read news. Moreover, the app comes with SoundCloud and YouTube integration so you can watch videos and listen recent releases. Sleeve Music has been updated to version 3.5 which introduces new design, has improved playback and the ability to import flows. Download Sleeve Music on the Windows Phone store.
