Acer announced a new Continuum accessory called ‘Liquid Extend’

Acer is finally ready to deliver the Liquid Jade Primo smartphone to customers who pre-ordered the device. At a press-conference, Acer announced that the Continuum-capable smartphone is now shipping to customers around the globe.

The device costs EUR599 in Europe, but it can be bundled with Continuum accessories. The premium pack that includes a phone, display dock, monitor, keyboard and a mouse can be bought for EUR 799. There is no word on when the Jade Primo will go on sale in the US, but we expect the device on the market soon.

The company also announced a Continuum accessory called ‘Liquid Extend’. It is a laptop kit to convert a Windows 10 phone into a laptop. Pricing and release date haven’t been revealed.

Acer Liquid Jade Primo features a 5.5-inch FULLHD screen, Snapdragon 808 processor, 32 GB of storage, 3GB of RAM, microSD slot, 21MP camera + 8 MP front-facing camera, and a 2800mAh battery.
