The Universal Windows app is still under development
You can update your Instagram client to version 5.5. The changes in 6tag include bits of Windows 10-like icons and menus, along with some other features.
The design has been adapted to Windows 10, although there are still some not redesigned pages. The new version of 6tag also includes an improved search page which allows you to search places and users/hashtags at the same time. Finally, 6tag v5.5 gives you the ability to press and hold the camera button from the bar to directly select a file.
According to the 6tag developer, a universal Windows app will be released later this year. Meanwhile, you can grab or update the current Windows Phone application from this link.
